Pool Facilities

Enjoy our outdoor heated pool and small indoor hydra‑jet pool, open daily from dawn to dusk. The outdoor pool is heated to 27°C, though temperatures may vary as it remains uncovered.

Children under 16 must be supervised at all times.

Pool access is complimentary for hotel and spa‑package guests and includes towels and robes. Please note, we may close the pool for essential maintenance and the spa does not include a sauna or steam room.

Footwear

For health and safety reasons, all spa clients are kindly asked to bring suitable footwear for poolside use, such as flip-flops.

Booking Information

Packages are subject to availability, and a 50% non‑refundable deposit is required via secure email link at the time of booking.

Appointments may be amended up to 24 hours in advance, or 7 days for group bookings. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged in full if we are unable to re‑sell the time.

You’ll receive an email confirming your appointment with key visit information—please review this ahead of your arrival.

All treatments are subject to therapist availability and include consultation and aftercare.

Parking

As parking is reserved for overnight residents, we’re unable to offer parking for spa guests.
