Our exciting function space at the Avon Gorge is inspired by the hotels’ original features that were long hidden and fortunately re-discovered during the renovation process.

Imagine large steel pipes, a grand marble staircase, beautiful stained glass windows, tile floors and Turkish doors, all reminiscent of the times when people came here to drink from the “health-giving” spa water (aquam bibe) or to enjoy a long soak in one of the Turkish baths of the former Spa & Hydro hotel. All those elements have been carefully worked into the design of our meetings & events space, merging contemporary modern design with historic character and providing our clients’ with today’s business needs. From state of the art IT equipment, to an array of fresh and seasonal menus and sleek professional service.
