Since our first hotel opened in Winchester in 1994, wine has been central to the Hotel du Vin story. From the start, the idea was clear: bring great wine and great food together in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
Over time, we have built long-standing relationships with our producers, choosing authentic wines made with care – distinctive, characterful and a pleasure to drink. From our bistro tables to tastings and private events, wine remains at the heart of the Hotel du Vin experience.
For us, wine has never been an add-on; it is part of who we are.
